I’ve always wanted to make pico de gallo and having my own fresh cilantro sealed the deal!
1/4 Red Onion Finely Diced
Half a Lemon (or Lime)
1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
2 Roma Tomatoes Chopped (Ribs and seeds removed)
1/4 Large Jalapeno Finely Diced
Dash of Cumin
- Finely dice red onion and soak in lemon juice while prepping the rest of the ingredients.
- Prep all other ingredients and add to bowl with red onion and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately or will stay in the fridge for almost a week.
Yields: About 1 Cup
